I would like to order Out of stock items. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible for you to order out of stock items. Simply e-mail us at sales@urbanquarter.com with the name of the item and we will gladly assist you with your purchase.

Do you do custom order? And what is the lead time?
We do make custom orders, however, it will take approximately 3-5 weeks for your order to ship from our warehouse.

What is the minimum quantity of order for custom products?
There is only minimum quantity of order for chairs that is 6 units per item. Besides the chairs, there will no minimum quantity for your custom order.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes we do. If you would like to ship to more than 1 addresses, you will then need to make separate orders for the different address(es).

How soon can I get my order?
Your order will ship within 3 business days for our products that are available on the website. For custom orders, we will ship approximately 3-5 weeks from your date of purchase

Can I get my order in a specific time?
Your order can be sent on a specific time. Simply e-mail us with your order number and the specific date you would like for your order to be sent.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched/sent?
Shipping address can be changed only if your item has not been purchased within 1x24 hours of when you made your order. E-mail us regarding the change of address at sales@urbanquarter.com and we will gladly assist you.

Can I add items after I check out?
Additional items cannot be added after you check out. You will need to create another order for your additional items.
