If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of when purchased items have been received to your location. Do include the order ID and the reasons of why you would like to return your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on final sale items and special order items. Delivery fees are non-refundable. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for returning the merchandise and the dispatch of a replacement item are to be paid by the customer. We only accept exchanges when the merchandise is intact and in saleable condition.
If for any reason the merchandise is damaged, we do offer a 1-year warranty for all the merchandise available on our website. Please be sure to check the condition of the purchased product upon receiving. Our courier is required to ask you to fill out a form in the form of a checklist on the details of what needs to be considered, in order to ensure the merchandise is of a perfect condition before you sign the receipt of your order. If you notice the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, you are requested to refuse acceptance of merchandise and to immediately inform our courier for an exchange.
