    Do you have an offline store?

    Yes. You may visit us at our stores at Kelapa Gading or Plaza Indonesia! You may also shop online at the comfort of your home as we do take orders from our website, whatsapp, phone, and e-mails. Should you have any inquiries, you may contact us too on our social medias!

    How do the Urban Quarter Store (Kelapa Gading) and Plaza Indonesia Pop Up differ?

    Our Kelapa Gading Store showcases more of our range of furniture as the location is bigger in comparison to the Plaza Indonesia Pop Up Store. On the other hand, the Plaza Indonesia do showcase as well some of our furniture, but mostly our dining chairs and 1 of our living room and dining room sets. Both of our Kelapa Gading and Plaza Indonesia location do showcase also our amazing range of housewares, from ceramic tableware, throws, cushions, baskets to our marble trays and trivets.

    What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    We do accept payments via bank transfers to our BCA account as well as credit card payments online. We accept as well payments by cash but only in-store and not on delivery.

    What are your shipping methods?

    All furniture purchases within the Jadetabek areas are free of charge. However, all houseware purchases will incur shipping fee and any purchases made outside of Jadetabek area, whether it’s furniture or housewares, will also incur a shipping fee for delivery. All shipping fee will be calculated by our team within 2x24 hours

    I am currently furnishing for a commercial project or I am an interior designer, do you offer special promotions?

    Great news! We do provide special promotion for customers who are furnishing their commercial projects (from coffee shops, restaurants, office, and hotels) or for interior designers. Simply leave us your name cards or send us a soft copy of your company profile!

    How long will I receive my order?

    Most items are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 5 (five) business days of when your order has been placed. In the case where the item that you are looking for is currently out of stock, your order will be delivered within 3 (three) to 5 (five) weeks. You may also track you order via e-mail, Whatsapp or by calling our store.

    What is your return policy?

    We highly take pride on the quality of all our items. Thus, we ensure the satisfaction on the items you purchased through performing quality measurements before delivery. If for any reason you would like to return the item you’ve ordered, please inform us by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] within 30 (thirty) business days of when item has been delivered to your desired location. We do not receive items that required customization on the order, for example, change in fabrics, wood finish or minor change in dimension.

    I noticed that the product I has a defect or has been wrongly shipped. What can I do?

    If the product you’ve ordered has been found a damage, please notify us within 3 (three) days of when you received the product via e-mail, Whatsapp or by phone. We will ensure that your product will be picked up for repair and no shipping cost will be charged to you.

    How do I care for my products?

    All of our products have an instruction on the description on the item page, for instance, on any of our wood products, we require you to not use any wet cloth to wipe, due to the finish of the wood, or for any fabric materials, we require you to use a damp cloth to wipe. For additional questions, you may ask us via our e-mail, Whatsapp or by phone and we will gladly answer your questions.

    I’m a local maker and I would like to sell my products on your website and at your offline stores. Where can I find information regarding this?

    We love local goods! You may send your company profile and product catalogue to our e-mail at [email protected] and we will contact you once we’ve received it. Please note that we only accept vendors supply with only locally made products.
