Lana Daya Kedawung Fringe Coaster (Set of 4)

Rp220.000

The Kedawung fabric pattern is inspired by the oval shape of the Kedawung seed, a type of legume commonly found in Indonesian forests. Using the floating weft technique, small intricate patterns are created, with some threads left unwoven. Dark brown threads, resembling tree trunks, form the warp, providing a backdrop for the delicate white motifs that flow like Kedawung seeds falling from their tree, waiting to be gathered by village farmers. With its stiff and heavy texture, the Kedawung dining series brings perfect harmony to your table setting, reflecting the unique beauty of autumn. The fabric is meticulously woven by ATBM weavers in Pak Kadir’s home in Pekalongan. Available in placemats and coasters.
